Jon Gosselin from “Jon and Kate Plus Eight” has been sued by TLC for breaching his contract. Kate has to be happy that he is finally getting what he deserves.  After being greedy and taking money that was not his, he’s really going to be hurting for money.

The lawsuit was filed this morning in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. Allegedly, Jon failed to meet his obligations as an exclusive employee of the network, while appearing on rival networks’ programs. He also made unannounced disclosures about the show.

There were also claims that  TLC requested that Jon be present for filming six days. He didn’t respond to the request, and supposedly no filming took place.

I wonder why Jon actually thought he could just get away with shutting down one of TLC’s most popular shows. Now maybe he’ll get off his high horse and let the show continue with Kate and their eight kids.
