Today on the View the “American Idol”  judge Kara DioGuardi was the guest host in place of Elisabeth Hasselbeck who is out on maternity leave.

She discussed last seaskaraons “bikini girl” and how she didn’t think Kara knew what she was talking about as she critiqued her. She also discussed the moment when she came on stage with “bikini girl” at the season finale and  flashed  her bikini. Kara said it was to show her that the show is serious and you have to have real talent to make it on the show.
