Just found this nude video with Keri Ann Peniche (from “Sex Rehab”) and Eric Dane.
Eric Dane sued Gawker.com for posting the video. He is asking for a million dollars in damages.
Nick Denton (the publisher of Gawker) tweeted “To quote the great Marty Singer—Eric Dane’s lawyer—if you don’t want a sex tape on the internet, ‘don’t make one!’ ”
