Adam’s first stop in Boise, Idaho was at Big Jud’s ![]()
to try the double big Jud. It has two 1 lb. patties. Adam chose to put blue cheese, swiss, sauteed mushrooms and onions with bacon. I would make my burger different and I would try the regular big Jud.
Next he went to the Flying Pie Pizzeria to try the spicy triple habanero pizza. It was made with tomato sauce, corn meal, mozzarella cheese, chicken and 18 habanero peppers topped off with garlic and black olives. That pizza was hot to Adam, so I’ll definitely never try it. A lot of their other pizzas looked really good though. I would love to try the lamb pizza.
Finally Adam went to Rockies DinerĀ to attempt the Johnny b. goode pastrami cheeseburger challenge. There have been Over 1000 attempts and only 30 completed the challenge. It is made out of 3 1/3 lb. hamburger patties topped with pastrami, a hot dog, chili, swiss, cheddar and onions. The burger weighs 4 1/2lbs. plus he had to eat a 1 1/2 lb.order of chili cheese fries and a 16 oz. milk shake. To make it worse Adam had to finish in 30 min. to win the challenge. If he does finish he gets a fender guitar. Holy crap he did it again and finished right in the nick of time. Adam’s getting good, I’m impressed!

That Johnny be good burger looked so good. I want a smaller version.
Does anyone know where you can get the recipe for this?
you should try to go to ben and jerry’s in college station tx, on university the have a vermonster that is 20 scoops of of ice cream, whipped cream and no one has been able to finish one by themselves…… if you can do it you should call todd at 979-492-9343 nobody has had the courage to do that but i think you can do it…
I saw a program on the travel channel that showed the vermonster and I don’t think I would ever even attempt it. I think Adam could totally do it though. Have you seen him finish the kitchen sink?
