Then when Mady and Kara were acting up a little and telling Jon they like things their mom does with them better while making signs for the lemonade stand, Jon acted totally inappropriately. He scolded them, wouldn’t let them finish their signs and wouldn’t allow them to come to the lemonade stand instead of talking to them about the underlying issue.

I just had to let out my frustration towards Jon Gosselin again after watching the Final episode. You suck Jon!

Jon claims he didn’t breach his contract . Jon also says the show owes him $175,000. Isn’t that oh about the amount Jon had to repay to the Joint account he shares with Kate? Coincidence? I think not.

Jon says :

“because of the enormous Media interest and public interest it makes it impossible to carry on normal daily activities, let alone find, secure and maintain a  job with an employer who is willing to be exposed to the daily Media intrusions that has impeded my life.”
Jon’s claim is that TLC has been Talkin smack and  he wants $5 million in damages.

Wow! Jon is even stupider than I though. No judge in their right mind would rule in favor of that douche bag!

Haily Says:

“He will dance and dance around his lies.  He’s like Jekyll and Hyde.  But I still love him,” Hailey even admits he can fly off the handle.“He’ll call me and take his anger out on me. He has ‘mantrums. I shouldn’t have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, ‘Why are you so mean to me?’”

I knew it wouldn’t take long for Hailey to begin to see Jon’s true colors and come clean to the media.

A. Our schedules are to busy for dogs.  I never planned on giving them back.

Q. Do you regret renewing your vows?

A. No. I just know I will feel bad if the kids say, we were at your wedding and you said you’d be together forever.

Q. Have you ever though about going back to nursing.

A. Only if I have to.

A. I will make them feel as normal and usual as possible with a lot of love.

A. Only about 4 or 5 hours.

A. I do flip out sometimes. I know sometimes it’s not always about what what I’m  flipping out about. I’m  getting better at patience and understanding.

A. The one that I  was having an affair.

A. They know their lives are different.

A. The bedrooms.

A. It evolved.

A. I laughed my head off and think it’s ridiculous.

A. I don’t feel dressed if I don’t have heels on. I became obsessed with them after having 8 kids.

A. I don’t know I struggle, but I don’t want to be alone.

Q. Do you have any help around the house?

A. Yes I have a babysitter, someone who cleans my house, and does the landscaping.

Q. Do your kids have friends over, go to friends houses, have sleepovers etc?

A. Yes to all of the above.

Q. What do you think of book signing?

A. I can’t believe people wait in line 8 hours to meet me.

Q. What was the greatest experience for the kids?

A. We had so many. Hawaii was a great experience. Recently Wyoming with Collin, Aiden and Joel. To see Mady and Kara Shining when Emril Came. When The little girls got to see all the animals.

Q. Is there money put away for the kids neither one of the parents can touch?

A. Yes.

Q. What are your reasons for eating organically?

A. The antibiotics, hormones and pesticides can’t be good for you.

Q. What has motivated you to be fashionable?

A. Now that I am a single mom and traveling and working I can’t wear sweats and a t-shirt and I want my kids to know I care.

Q. Do you have the same crew all the time?

A. There is a base crew. The same crew is not there all the time.

Q. Are you still a coupon clipper?

A. Absolutely!

Q. Would you ever consider leaving where you live to be closer to the beach.

A. Where do I sign up?

A. I run out of energy, but I do my best.

Q. If the show ends what are you career goals?

A.To continue with a television career.

Q. How do you handle homework with all of the kids?

A. We must do what we must do.

Q. Do you feel the need to organize a problem?

A. No I don’t feel it is a problem. I feel the things I don’t have control of is the problem.

Q. Where do you see yourself and your kids in 10 years.

A. I hope happy, healthy, and my TV career to be successful. Whatever the storm is we will be weathering it together.

Q. What do you now think you kids will be when they are older?

A. Kara a teacher, Mady a CEO, Alexis a vet, Hannah caring for people, Aiden, work with animals as well or a professor, Collin an architect or engineer, Leah a ballerina, Joel a Model. They could all shock me and do something different.

Q. What would you like to set the record straight on?

A. The show is real.

I can’t see Jon making it on either of those shows. He is an out of shape quitter.

I guess Jon needs to make money somehow now that he Paid all that money to the joint account he shares with Kate, not to mention the fact he might end up owing TLC more money than he even has. Then to top it all off Jon wants credit for returning the money he stole, “and the douche bag of the year award goes to Jon Gosselin!”

Jon was making a 7 foot water rocket with the other kids and he didn’t look  like he knew what he was doing at all. Kinda how he goes through life period. After Jon got it working though it was awesome to see that thing go way up in the air.

There was also a section for birds in butterfly world. They were really pretty, but they were pooping everywhere and biting Kate.  It was cool that they weren’t afraid of people though and it was pretty amazing that like six or so birds landed on Kate when she put her arms out. They had a room of bugs too and I was so freaked out and disgusted to see the girls petting and playing with the bugs. I mean like cockroaches and everything.

Kate and the little girls went on a hot air balloon ride on the second day of their trip. They were all sweating to death in there, but it was a gorgeous view and I’m sure they will never forget that experience.

The lawsuit was filed this morning in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. Allegedly, Jon failed to meet his obligations as an exclusive employee of the network, while appearing on rival networks’ programs. He also made unannounced disclosures about the show.

There were also claims that  TLC requested that Jon be present for filming six days. He didn’t respond to the request, and supposedly no filming took place.

I wonder why Jon actually thought he could just get away with shutting down one of TLC’s most popular shows. Now maybe he’ll get off his high horse and let the show continue with Kate and their eight kids.

Kate’s Lawyer said the rest of the $55,000 went for bills and other expenses for the kids but that will be subject to be determined further. Jon has to pay the money back by October 26th or he will be in contempt of court.

Kate has to show what her expenses have been by Oct. 26th as well.

Kate says she is now just happy the court ruled on the behalf of her and the kids.

I personally am really happy the courts ruled fairly. I was totally outraged when I found out Jon  took that money. He had no right! I can’t wait till karma comes back and bites Jon in the ass.

As Kate was packing their lunches she played assembly line with the kids and they all loved it. Then it really started to Hit Kate how nervous she was for the little kids starting school. They were all really excited though.

Right when Kate was getting ready to drive the kids to the school bus, Jon showed up to see the kids off to school too. Poor Kate was wishing she had someone there to say we did it, but douche bag Jon didn’t say one word to her.

When Kate got home she had a lot of work to do around the house. She went up tp Kara and Mady’s room to get laundry only to realize their room was a mess. She threw away like 2 or 3 bags of  garbage out of their closet.

After the kids got home from school they had their lunch and told Kate how much they love school. They even visited Kara and Mady’s class. While they were eating Kate made sure they knew to eat their sandwiches and  fruit before getting their snack.

Well aside from this weeks episode Jon and Kate settled in court and came to an agreement. She is suing for alimony, so we’ll just have to wait and see what they settled on.
