They named her Mackynzie Renee Duggar. She weighed 8 lbs. and was 19.5 in. long. I know Michelle and Jim Bob have to be ecstatic to be first time grandparents!

Michelle is due in March with their 19th child. So Mackynzie’s Uncle or Aunt  will be months younger than her.2-duggar-family_nc
