Josh Duggar’s wife Anna from “18 Kids and Counting” had their baby on Thursday. They named her Mackynzie Renee Duggar. She weighed 8 lbs. and was 19.5 in. long. I know Michelle and Jim Bob have to be ecstatic to be first time grandparents!
